The leader of the Conservative Party of Ontario is trying to paint himself as the champion of small business.
Patrick Brown was in Kenora yesterday to meet with businesses owners to find out from them what their biggest struggles are.
Brown says a recurring theme he has heard about is high hydro rates.
Another major concern brought up was the minimum wage increase, and the twinning of the highway.
Earlier in the day Brown met with former Kenora M.P. Greg Rickford.
