Ontario's public teachers unions are filing unfair labour practice complaints against the Liberal government.
The Elementary Teachers' Federation of Ontario and the Ontario Secondary School Teachers' Federation say they were discriminated against when the province paid out tens of millions of dollars to unions that did not take part in a Charter challenge of Bill 115.
The court ruled that bill violated the collective bargaining rights of education unions.
The unions also accuse the government of bargaining in bad faith.
