The Kenora Catholic District School Board wants to get parents involved as much as they can.
The board will be hosting a parent information night on April 6th.
Sue Devlin the Mental Health Lead for the KCDSB says they put out a survey earlier this year to find out what parents top concerns for their children were.
"Half of our parents identified that their child's ability to manage stress and anxiety were their number one concerns for their children. Another large percent identified they don't really know how to parent with all this technology now and we're still trying to figure it out."
Devlin says all parents of elementary aged children are welcome.
A free dinner is provided as well as child care.
The event will take place at École Ste-Marguerite Bourgeoys in the Library.
The board will host another information night for parents of secondary aged children on April 20th which will take place at St. Thomas Aquinas High School.
